Your full set of aligners arrives at your dental clinic. Your dentist shows you exactly how to insert, remove and care for them.

Progress check-ins
Every 6–8 weeks your dentist checks your progress. Change to the next aligner set every 1–2 weeks at home — no clinic visit required.
