Born in Tunisia, built for the world.
Infinity Aligner was founded by a team of dental professionals and biomedical engineers in Tunis with a shared frustration: the clear aligner market in Tunisia was dominated by foreign brands with long delivery times, opaque pricing and no local clinical support.
We built Infinity Aligner from the ground up — designing our own digital planning platform, partnering with ISO-certified production facilities and assembling a clinical advisory board of leading orthodontists from Tunis, Sfax, Sousse, Monastir and our European partner institutions.
Today we operate across six countries — Tunisia, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Morocco and Algeria — support more than 200 certified dental practices and have helped nearly 5 000 patients achieve the smile they were waiting for with our custom clear aligners.

How an Infinity aligner is born.
Every Infinity aligner is the result of a fully local, end-to-end controlled manufacturing process — from the initial scan to the delivery of the first kit. No foreign outsourcing, complete traceability, controlled lead times.
Our Tunis production hub is equipped with high-resolution medical 3D printers and precision thermoformers operating at ±50 micron tolerances. Every aligner is visually and dimensionally inspected before dispatch.
Digital intraoral scan
A precision intraoral scanner captures the complete morphology of your dental arches in 3–5 minutes. Accuracy: ±50 microns. Zero silicone impressions.
3D treatment planning
Our orthodontic engineers model every tooth movement on our proprietary platform. The practitioner validates the simulation before any production begins.
Local manufacturing
Biocompatible resin 3D printing (layer ≤50 μm), vacuum thermoforming of BPA-free medical thermoplastic, micron-level trimming and polishing.
Delivered in 12 days
From scan to first aligner set: 12 working days on average. Produced and shipped from our regional hub in Tunis.
